I was invited by Dr Oisin Keohane to come an speak about my work to some of his 2nd year Aesthetics students about my degree show piece Being-in-the-Gallery. It is was a mixed group, mostly Philosophy Students, some Art and Philosophy students. Up until that point in the semester, they had been studying the nude, and here I was explaining my work where the nude was only an incidental part of the piece. The focus was on touch and the embodied experience of the artwork.

After the presentation, the students asked a number of question about how the piece was made, given the combination of the virtual and the physical.
